Auction Listing

Selling for Capital Self Storage the contents of storage units that are in default for non-payment of monthly storage fees. These units will be sold as complete units, and the successful purchaser must remove everything in the units.

As of 12/21/09 we have a total of 13 units at all locations:

9:00 AM - 2611 E. Market St., York, PA - 2 Units

9:30 AM - 915 Carlisle Rd., York, PA - 1 Unit

10:15 AM - 4033 Carlisle Rd., Dover, PA - 3 Units

11:30 PM - 250 E. Hanover St., Hanover, PA - 7 Units

Units will be sold as a complete unit, not piecemeal. Bidders will have approximately 5 minutes once the lock is removed to inspect the units. A $100.00 deposit, in cash only, will be required at each facility where you are a successful bidder as a clean-out guarantee. The deposit will be returned by the facility manager when you have emptied the unit; all trash must be removed and the units left “broom clean”. Pay in full day of auction at each location by: Cash, MC or Visa Only...No Checks. A 10% Buyers Premium and 6% state sales tax will apply. Removal by 2:00 PM of the Saturday immediately following the auction. Arrangements need to be made with the facility manager at each location for access to clean out units during normal business hours only. Announcements sale day will take precedence over advertising.
